Our Services
Our services include free site visits, inspections and, subsequent to this, a totally free quotation. We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive identification of all the procedures to be undertaken within the proposed works within that quotation, which enables the (potential or existing) client to identify exactly what he/she is going to receive.
For any proposed works we supply quality materials, quality workmanship and, unlike many other companies, we offer a full installation service including for fitment of glazing, 'furniture' and the removal and disposal at a licensed waste authority of any existing defective items that we are replacing.
We, the Company, Offer a Bespoke Joinery Service Specialising in:
Staircases: incorporating either straight flights, kite winders, spirals, quarter and half-landings in hardwoods and softwoods. We can and do also provide all the Balustrade for both the staircase itself and any/all landing areas, being able to proffer various styles and types of newel posts and spindles.
Internal and External Doors: this includes styles of 2xG, 2xGG, pattern 10 (fully glazed), Georgian/Victorian 'raised and fielded panels', 'arched' frame, ledge and braced', 'stable' doors, 'portcullis', shaker style, French, flush, FD30 and FD60 fire doors and sliding doors.
Double and Single External Door Frames and Internal Linings: including for cills and thresholds where necessary. More specialist combination frames with sidelights and/or 'borrow lights' above for both external and internal usage.
Traditional and Modern Windows: with fixed and opening casements in both 'storm proof' and 'flush' styles also including for sliding sash (box frame and spiral spring balance types), bay windows and cottage windows.
All Styles of Gates: including single and double-leaf, paling (small and large), frame, ledge and braced, 'arch' topped, inverted 'arch topped', 5 bar and 'port-cullis' style gates.
Motor Vessels and Yachts: fitment of units, 'accommodation' container modules for survey vessels (including for toilet facilities, bunk beds with deep drawers, ladders, wardrobes, seating areas, computer desks and T.V stands.
Kitchens: design and 'custom made' joinery manufacturing units including for all the solid carcasing units, cupboards, doors, drawers and worktops.
Bathrooms and Shower Rooms: wooden and laminated flooring, Formica faced 'aqua-board' and 'T & G' or 'bead and butt' type surround/ periphery boarding together with the manufacture and installation of cupboards, doors, windows, screening ('boxing-in) for pipe work.
Bedrooms and Other Rooms: 'built-in' cupboards, cabinets, wardrobes (both free- standing and fitted), shelving units, drawers, doors manufactured from both timber, veneered or ordinary MDF. Clients 'outline' design resulting in 'custom-made' joinery to suit all aspects.
Loft Conversions:staircases, boarded-out lofts including for both loft hatches and aperture surrounds, retractable timber loft ladders and cladding.
Skirting's, Architraves, Picture and Dado Rails, Fascias and Barge Boards: all cut and machine moulded to patterns/ drawings provided.
Parks and Play Areas: pentagon shaped park benches, children's spring rides, climbing frames and other general play equipment (new and/or repaired or refurbished).
Within Schools: I.T. and general class and staff room conversions. Covering a wide scope of operation, including from the manufacture of new computer desks/ work stations to 'detention cubicles' for any 'wayward/ misbehaving' children.
Public Houses and Hotels - new serving bars incorporating 'raised and fielded' panelling, Integral shelving including for heavy duty solid timber bar tops.
Miscellaneous Examples: decorative 'copycat' roof finials, a '12-sided dome' for the top of a Victorian house, oak studwork to 'match an original/ existing partition for circa 1700AD, corbel and struts, octagonal mosaic boards, porch canopy's and 'gallows brackets' and tortoise 'bungalows'.
